Committees of the Faculty of Economics
To enhance educational quality, strengthen academic and administrative performance, promote research activities, and achieve the Faculty’s strategic objectives, several specialized committees operate within the Faculty of Economics at Dawat University.
Quality Assurance Subcommittee
The Quality Assurance Subcommittee is responsible for monitoring, evaluating, and continuously improving the quality of the Faculty’s academic, research, and administrative activities. It works to ensure compliance with accreditation requirements and quality assurance standards.
Scientific Research Committee
This committee promotes a culture of research, reviews the scholarly work of faculty members and students, supports research initiatives, and enhances the Faculty’s research capacity.
Curriculum Development Committee
The Curriculum Development Committee reviews and updates academic curricula in accordance with labor market demands, scientific advancements, and the guidelines of the Ministry of Higher Education. It also provides recommendations for the continuous improvement and modernization of academic programs.
E-Learning Committee
This committee is responsible for promoting and developing e-learning, encouraging the use of educational technologies, and enhancing the digital competencies of faculty members and students.
Examination Committee
The Examination Committee manages the examination process, prepares examination schedules, oversees the transparency and integrity of examinations, and coordinates all matters related to student assessment.
Discipline Committee
The Discipline Committee is responsible for maintaining order and discipline, ensuring compliance with university rules and regulations, and promoting a culture of responsibility among students and staff.
Cultural and Sports Committee
This committee organizes cultural, social, and sports activities to foster student engagement and promote a healthy academic environment.
External Relations Committee
The External Relations Committee is responsible for establishing and strengthening academic and professional partnerships with governmental, private, academic, and international institutions, while facilitating collaborative initiatives.
Strategic Planning Committee
The Strategic Planning Committee is responsible for developing, implementing, monitoring, and evaluating the Faculty’s strategic plan and ensuring the achievement of its short-term and long-term goals.
Through the effective work of these committees, the Faculty of Economics continues to strengthen the quality of education, expand its research activities, and enhance its academic standing.
