Economics Faculty Dean’s Introduction

Pohanyar Ghulam Hazrat Nikpa is the Dean of the Faculty of Economics at Dawat University. He holds a Master’s degree in Economics from the University of Tehran and a Bachelor’s degree in Economics from Kabul University. He is an experienced academic in the field of economics with many years of professional experience in teaching, academic leadership, financial management, research, and higher education administration.
Throughout his academic career, Mr. Nikpa has served in various academic and administrative positions, including Dean of the Faculty, Vice Dean, and Head of Department. He has played an important role in academic leadership, educational planning, quality assurance, curriculum development, and the promotion of research activities.
In addition to his academic experience, he has worked in both public and private institutions in financial, administrative, and managerial capacities. His areas of expertise include economic analysis, financial management, research, and the development of academic programs.
Mr. Nikpa is committed to enhancing the quality of higher education, strengthening the culture of research, developing the academic capacity of faculty members and students, and preparing competent and responsible professionals. Through effective leadership, innovation, and adherence to academic standards, he continues to contribute significantly to the growth and development of the Faculty of Economics and Dawat University.
