The Leadership Board, faculty members, and staff of Dawat University extend their heartfelt condolences on the passing of the late Dr. Mohammad Ajan Haqpal, former professor at Dawat University and one of Afghanistan’s distinguished academic figures. We express our deepest sympathy to his honorable family and to the academic community of the country. We pray that Allah Almighty grants the deceased the highest place in Paradise and bestows patience and comfort upon his bereaved family.
Dr. Haqpal was among the prominent writers of the Jihad era of the Muslim nation of Afghanistan and one of the distinguished literary scholars of the country. He dedicated his precious life to serving the Islamic mission. As a member of the Academic Council of Dawat University, a member of the Board of Trustees, and one of the founders of the University, he played an active and constructive role in establishing the faculties of Journalism, Economics, Pharmacy, and in nurturing the youth.
May Allah, the Most High, accept the academic and educational services of Dr. Mohammad Ajan Haqpal in the scale of his good deeds.
Indeed, we belong to Allah, and to Him we shall return.
